NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF A FINNISH CITIZEN LIVING ABROAD

This form is not used when you move from Finland to another country, from another country to Finland or within Finland.

Use this form to submit a notification of your changed address abroad. Check the address and other personal data in the Population Information System first if you are unsure whether they are up-to-date. You can easily check your data in our Suomi.fi service online. Identify yourself with your online banking ID, mobile certificate or citizen certificate on your ID card.

If you are unable to use the electronic service, you can check your personal data by sending us a written request with a form. In that case, your address details in the Population Information System must be up to date so that we can send the extract to you by post.
